I have been working on abstract non-objective mixed media paintings based on an art journal page I had painted. I loved working on these because they are even more expressive than when I paint abstract flowers and landscapes.

The paintings started with charcoal and graphite marks on paper. Then, I added fluid colors in acrylics and inks. It’s an exciting and fun way of exploring fluid water media.
